Reception area design

Our reception design scheme for Advanced Composites Group (ACG) is a good example of how a professionally designed scheme can work for an organisation.

ACG specialise in providing carbon fibre composite materials to demanding high spec industries including motor racing and aeronautics. They operate a highly specialised leading edge manufacturing facility and wanted their reception areas to reflect their core business values to visiting clients.

ACG appointed Design CLD as interior and exterior design consultants for the £7 million manufacturing facility near Derby. Following successful presentation of our initial design scheme the project was subsequently expanded to include the audio visual presentation suite, boardroom design and site-wide directional signage.

This was a complex new build lasting over 12 months. We worked closely with the project management consultants, architects, structural engineers and builders to ensure successful implementation of the design scheme. The resulting reception area ensures that visitors to the site are presented with an impressive experience that is consistent with the ACG brand.
